<span style="font-size: large;">100 gr di cioccolato fondente sciolto </span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">Mettete il latte in un pentolino e unite l'aroma di vaniglia. Portate a ebollizione.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large; text-align: center;">In una ciotola montate i tuorli con lo zucchero e un pizzico di sale fino ad ottenere una crema spumosa. </span><span style="font-size: large; text-align: center;">Unite la farina e mescolate. Aggiungete il latte caldo. Mettete il composto sul fuoco e mescolate continuamente fino a quando non si addenserà.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">I Krapfen sono dei dolci fritti di pasta lievitata di origine Austro-Tedesca. Insieme ai Biscotti sono dei dolci che ho imparato a fare da ragazzina. Questa è la prima volta che li preparo in versione Mini e senza farcitura. L'idea iniziale era una volta fritti, ricoprirli con righe di cioccolato ma mi sono trovata inaspettatamente sprovvista di sach a poche e essendo completamente impedita a fare i conetti di carta, li ho lasciati semplici spolverizzandoli con zucchero a velo. </span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">qualche goccia di aroma alla vaniglia</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">30 gr di cacao zucchero</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">Coprite la frolla con carta da forno e aggiungete sopra dei fagioli, del riso o della soia ( il mio caso ).</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">Cuocete in forno caldo a 180° per 12/15 minuti. Estraete dal forno, togliete carta e pesini e fate raffreddare .Sformate le crostatine con delicatezza. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><b>CARAMELLO : </b>Mettete in una pentola, acqua , zucchero e miele. Fate sobbollire fino a quando </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">otterrete un caramello ben ambrato. Aggiungete la panna, il burro e il mascarpone. Mescolate con una frusta . Lasciate raffreddare 10 minuti e poi versate nei gusci di frolla ( spessore 1 cm circa ).Lasciatelo indurire per 2/3 ore. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><b>GANACHE : </b>Mettete il cioccolato spezzettato in una ciotola. Versate sopra la panna fatta precedentemente scaldare. Aspettate 2 minuti e poi mescolate con una spatola. Versate sopra il caramello e lasciate asciugare per altre 3/4 ore.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><b>DECORAZIONE : </b>Versate il carmello avanzato sopra le caramelle Mou. e appoggiatene un paio su ogni crostatina.</span><br />

Mangiata calda è una bontà :-)..io l'ho farcita con salame spagnolo, scamorza bianca e olive verdi ma ognuno può seguire i propri gusti personali e cambiare salume, tipo di formaggio e magari sostituire le olive con carciofini o peperoni.</span><br />

Ottenuto un impasto sodo ed elastico, mettetelo in una ciotola, copritelo con un canovaccio e fatelo lievitare in un luogo tiepido per circa un'oretta. Ok che siamo in tardo Autunno ma sono tre settimane che piove, praticamente son diventata un Fungo !!! Per fortuna ora è uscito un pò di Sole, il mio cucciolo è in procinto di andare al Cinema a vedere " Cattivissimo Me 2 " e io nè approfitterò per andare al Parco. </span><br />

L' ho tolta troppo presto dal forno e in centro è rimasta praticamente cruda, ma me ne sono accorta solo dopo averla fatta raffreddare al momento del taglio ed era inutile rimetterla in cottura. Per </span><span style="font-size: large;">fortuna le barrette sono venute bene, non hanno un aspetto invitante ma sono buonissime e le rifarò sicuramente ..ora stò preparando una Torta di Rose salata, sempre che venga ;-)) ( quando "canno" non sò perchè ma "canno " in successione )..</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">1 cucchiaino di caffè solubile</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">2 uova grandi</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">130 gr di farina autolievitante</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">un pizzico di sale</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">sciroppo al caffè ( 30 ml di acqua, 30 gr di zucchero e 1 cucchiaino di caffè solubile )</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;"><b>Ganache :</b> </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">150 ml di panna </span><br />

<li><span style="font-size: large;">Con le fruste elettriche lavorate il burro con lo zucchero, il caffè e il pizzico di sale fino ad ottenere un composto spumoso.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;"> Incorporate un uovo alla volta e continuate a sbattere. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">Setacciate la farina ed aggiungetela. Mescolate bene e versate nei pirottini. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">Cuocete in forno caldo, a 180° per 15/20 minuti</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">Sfornateli, aspettate qualche minuto e quando sono ancora caldi spennellateli con lo sciroppo. Fateli raffreddare prima di farcirli.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;"><b>Sciroppo al Caffè : </b>fate bollire l'acqua con lo zucchero e il caffè. ( Raffreddare prima di usare )</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;"><b>Ganache : </b>mettete la panna in un pentolino e portatela a lieve ebollizione. Spezzettate il cioccolato e mettetelo in una ciotola resistente al calore. Versateci sopra la panna e aspettate circa 30 secondi. Mescolate con una frusta fino ad ottenere una crema liscia e lucida. Fatela raffreddare.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">Con un coltello incidete le tortine ricavando un piccolo buco. Scavatelo e farcitelo con la ganache. Richiudete .</span></li>

<span style="font-size: large;">La ricetta di questa Torta l'ho trovata qualche mese fà su una delle mie riviste preferite, fotocopiata al volo e appesa in cucina tra quelle da " fare assolutamente " e finalmente ce l'ho fatta. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">E' piccina piccina e graziosissima. Ho avuto un piccolo problemino nel tagliarla ..è vero che i miei coltelli non sono il massimo ma il fondo fatto con muesli e cioccolato, era talmente duro che sembrava cemento armato ahahha !! Con una motosega forse l'impresa sarebbe stata meno ardua :-) ..Prossimo acquisto Coltelli Decenti !!</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">A onor di merito è entrata nella TOP TEN dei dolci che mi sono piaciuti di più. E' di una squisitezza indescrivibile e non vedo l'ora di riprepararla e in dimensioni più grandi per farla assaggiare anche ai miei " soliti fidati "..questa era talmente piccolina che ce la siamo mangiata tutta io e Andrea, anche perchè meta durante il taglio l'ho distrutta ;-)</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">70 gr di albumi</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">140 gr di zucchero</span><br />

<b><span style="font-size: large;">Decorazione :</span></b><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">20/25 biscotti con la granella di zucchero</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">150/200 ml di panna montata </span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;"><b><u>Preparazione :</u></b></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><b>FONDO : </b>In un pentolino fondete il cioccolato e aggiungete il muesly. Amalgamate bene e stendete il composto nella tortiera a cui avrete precedentemente ricoperta la base con carta da forno. Mettete in frigorifero per 30 minuti.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><b>CREMA ALLA MERINGA E CIOCCOLATO : </b>Fondete il cioccolato con il burro e mettetelo a raffreddare in una ciotola . Montate a neve gli albumi aggiungendo lo zucchero in tre riprese. Aggiungete al cioccolato la panna montata mescolando delicatamente. Infine incorporate la meringa e mescolate ancora. Versate la crema nella tortiera pareggiando la superficie e mettetela in frigorifero per 24 ore.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><b>DECORAZIONE :</b> Passate un coltello tra lo stampo e il dolce, aprite la cerniera e mettetelo su un piatto. Fate aderire i biscotti al bordo. Mettete la panna montata in un sach a poche con il beccuccio a stella. Decorate la superfice del dolce e guarnitelo con il ribes .....</span><br />
